Symptoms of Depression

Symptoms of Depression can include

  • Persistent feelings of sadness

  • Loss of interest in activities, from training to participating in sports competitions

  • Changes in appetite and sleep patterns

  • Difficulty concentrating

The earlier symptoms are recognised, the quicker the problem can be acted upon. Everybody experiences depression differently, generally someone might experience some physical and mental effects. What’s important is that we find healthy ways of dealing with these.
