Journaling
Journaling can be extremely useful. It allows for time to think about your personal behaviours and understand the possible barriers or goals you may personally need to work towards.
Journaling also gives you the space to reflect on the positive aspects of your life, and shift your mindset and behaviour. Give it a go, take time for yourself.

Write a sentence about 5-10 good things in your life
Describe one of the happiest moments of your life. Try to remember why you felt so good about yourself at that time. Then, hold on to those good feelings for the rest of the day.
Make lists of short-term and long-term goals. Cross out any entries that have to do with losing weight, burning calories etc.
